The Registration is organized through the Corum. Prices are VAT included.

For regular participants & students, the registration fees include:
- Programme & Abstracts Volume
- Assembly bag and name tag
- Access to scientific sessions and exhibitions
- Sunday Evening Ice-Breaker (free-of-charge)
- Access to the Gala dinner (an additional contribution of 30€ will be required except for Exhibitors)
- Access to field trips and to the social programme (additional costs required)
- Morning coffee break
- Soirées Terroir (wine, cheese and other local delicacies tasting — Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
For accompanying members, the registration fees include:
- Sunday Evening Ice-Breaker (free-of-charge)
- Access to the Gala dinner (an additional contribution of 30€ will be required)
- Access to field trips and to the social programme (additional costs required)
- Soirées Terroir (wine, cheese and other local delicacies tasting — Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
For people having taken a 3-day-registration, the registration fees include:
- Programme & Abstracts Volume
- Assembly bag and name tag
- Access to scientific sessions and exhibitions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Morning coffee break
- Access to the Gala dinner (an additional contribution of 30€ will be required)
- Access to field trips and to the social programme (additional costs required)
- Soirées Terroir (wine, cheese and other local delicacies tasting — on Wednesday only)
On-site Registration will also be available (fees will be similar to those from August 16th).
Only cancellation made in writing (letter, e-mail, FAX) at least 30 working days prior to the event will be reimbursed after deduction of 50€ inc. VAT for handling fee.
