The exhibition will take place from Monday, September 6th, 2010 to Thursday, September 9th, 2010 (8:30-16:30).
Do not wait until the deadline to register as an Exhibitor: booths are in limited quantity, on a first-come first-served basis.

Booth Layout
Technical description of stand fittings provided by Le Corum
Each booth is 9 sqm (3 m x 3 m).
- Partitions made of beechwood 2.40 m x 1m (useful surface : 0.945m x 2.389m)
- Aluminium posts in black spray
- Front signboard made of beechwood size 3 m x 0,25 m
- 1 Reversible flag type signboard size 30 cm x 42 cm (useful surface : 29,7 cm x 42 cm) with the stand name (order form to be returned to Le Corum)
- 1Kw capacity power supply (220 Volts - 16 A)
- 1 set of three adjustable spotlights (3 x 100 Watts)
Exhibitors will have to bring their own extension cords and power strips.

All booths are provided with one table and 2 chairs. Additional material can be ordered from one of Le Corum' suppliers, as weel as computers, printers etc. (please note that none of these orders are handled by the ESC2010 or the EMSC).
Exhibitors will benefit from a free WiFi access. However, you might need to order a personal connection to Internet if you intend to present documents needing a big IP flow (3D movies etc.) For all information concerning this matter, please contact the Congress Management Departement of Le Corum (see our comprehensive guide).
Booths will be located indoors in the Posters space or next to the Coffee Room.
A comprehensive guide (Schedules and access for stands setting up and dismantling, Exhibition services, Safety - Surveillance and Caretaking, Safety measures, Power supply, Telephone - Internet order forms etc.) for potential or registered Exhibitors is available on request. It should answer to all your technical issues.
Rental Fees, Set Up and Dismantling
Rental Fees
Each booth costs 2,360€ VAT included (1,973€ without the 19,6% VAT).
Exhibitors are given 2 free registrations to man their booth (coffee breaks, icebreaker party and Gala dinner included). The name badges must be picked up on arrival in the registration area. If you would like to register more than 2 staff members, please
contact us.
Being an Exhibitor gives you access to the Conferences rooms, but you still have to register as participants to submit abstracts. However you will benefit from a special discount price, and your Gala Dinner will be already paid for by your registration as Exhibitors. Please see the registration form (also allowing bookings for the social programme) available from February 25th, 2010.
Potential Exhibitors are invited to request our comprehensive Exhibition File before registering. It contains all practical information related to the ESC2010 exhibition.
Setup
Exhibitors are expected to build up their display on Sunday, 05 September 2010, 15:00-20:00. Alternatively, exhibitors can also set up their booth from 7:30 to 8:30 on Monday, 06 September 2010.
Your booth needs to be manned from September 06 to September 09 between 08:30 and 16:30
Dismantling
Exhibitors are expected to pull down their display on Thurday, 09 September 2010, 17:00-19:00. It is not possible to remove any equipment before.
Merchandise delivery to Le Corum
They must be delivered to the loading bay of the Corum. Each package must be clearly marked with:
- The sender’s name and address
- The exact name and date of the congress
- The exhibitor number of stand
Delivery of exhibitors packages is allowed from 30 August 2010.

Le Corum does not provide manpower for the handling of exhibitors packages. Exhibitors have to come and pick them up themselves (see the Exhibition File for the opening times of the loading bay). At the end of the Exhibition, all packages have to be removed within
48 hours. Beyond this time, Le Corum can empty the stocking areas.
Be careful : Any badly labeled package will be refused. Each exhibitor is responsible for the forwarding of his/her equipment delivery and the sending back of his/her packages. Le Corum does not accept responsibility if the stocked packages are stolen, lost or damaged.
Advertisement in the Abstract Book, Sponsoring of a Special Item
You do not have to be an Exhibitor to have your Ad in our Abstract book or sponsor a Special Item.
If you have a budget that does not fit the offered sponsoring opportunities, or wish to try other means of advertisements (insert a brochure or an intem in the Delegate's bag etc.), we will happily look for a suitable solution.
All ads and logos have to be supplied by the sponsor. All prices are VAT-included (VAT= 19,6%).

the high resolution logo must be sent to the ESC2010 LOC by June 1st, 2010).

Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Payments will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received, in writing, by the EMSC before 25 June 2010. The cancellation fee is 500€. No refund will be made after this date.
The organizers do not accept liability for any losses or damages, and the exhibitor is responsible for the transportation to and from the congress centre as well as for the supervision of his/her stand.
Exhibitors must be individually insured for their professional civil liability and take out an all-risks insurance policy including setting up, stocking, dismantling and forwarding with their own company.
A copy of an insurance certificate must be forwarded to Le Corum at least 15 days before setting up begins.
